“white cis straight men literally have the most power in the whole world. this is not okay, but to change it, youll have to convince them.”
you can’t really “”“convince people”“” to give up power it doesnt work like that, what are your bargaining tools when you have less power than them, what incentives do they have to give up power
none, so what the fuck is the point of appealing to white cishet men
Police sacrifice their right to be treated as individuals at the point that they sign up to be tools of oppression and a readily mobilized force to defend capitalist class interests and whiteness. Police are not people, they are embodied politics and power.
It should be illegal to subject the ears of everyone around you to the sound of your lawn keeping tools for any amount of time just so you can have a clean and cut lawn.

Okay well nerdy time: I write mostly in JavaScript, Python and Ruby (hearts) but school kinda introduced me to a bit of everything. The big ones like C++ and Java, I learned Objective-C on my own for a project, and some more obscure/mathematical languages like prolog and MATLAB/Mathematica
I do mostly data visualization stuff these days and it’s a ton of fun. Being a math nerd & programmer it kinda falls right into my niche. It’s gr8
As for environments I’m a simple text editor girl. Anything more than that and I get overwhelmed. Since I use a Mac I mostly use TextMate (similar to Sublime, but simpler for my brain), I do a lot of editing in vi and for heavy web stuff I use Coda. That’s about it! Keep it simple!
But the agencies’ goal was to move away from decrypting targets’ tools one by one and instead decode, in real time, all of the information flying over the world’s fiber optic cables and through its Internet hubs, only afterward searching the decrypted material for valuable intelligence.

Negative
Self harm
Hit myself with some Lite Self Harm today since I’m missing my usual tools, it felt pretty bleh and didn’t have the desired effect =/
I saw a psych for a while, did the medication treadmill, did the therapy thing. The whole time I wasn’t told a diagnosis, and doctors were reluctant to even tell me what they’re treating me for.
In a system where doctors don’t tell you anything, what tools are you supposed to have except self diagnosis?
